What People's Say About Place

Eureka! feels like the place you end up when the day takes a turn you didn’t plan for — and somehow that turns out to be the best part of it. I went in thinking “burger and a beer,” and left feeling like I’d accidentally stumbled into a perfectly calibrated pause button for adult life. The menu hits that sweet spot between indulgent and thoughtful. Yes, the burgers are excellent — juicy, unapologetic, built with confidence — but what really stands out is how dialed-in everything feels. Nothing is random. The flavors make sense together, like someone actually tested them instead of just stacking trends. The whiskey and craft beer selection could keep you occupied for weeks, and the staff actually knows how to talk about it without sounding like a brochure. The atmosphere hums in that low, comforting way: dark wood, warm lighting, conversations that stretch longer than planned. It’s lively without being chaotic, cool without being cold. Service is relaxed but sharp — present when you need it, invisible when you don’t. Eureka! isn’t a special-occasion restaurant. It’s better than that. It’s the kind of place you return to because it reliably makes an ordinary evening feel intentional.

BEST BURGER OF MY LIFE. That's all that matters. Order the Wagyu Bone Marrow Burger medium rare. Jay and I were supposed to split it, and I could not. I ate 3/4 of the burger; heck, he's here another couple of weeks and I'm going home, so he can come back.

This was the best experience ever!! Nikki our server is amazing so ask for her! My boyfriend and I are from Ohio and wanted good food and drinks and this was the place to go!

We had gone to the Eureka! in Santa Clara CA on a recent visit, so when we flew home, we went to the Eureka! Boise location. This place is just as good as the California location. Killer kamikazes, beers and food. The steak frites are to die for. Our server Angela was super cool so we had a great time. Go there now!

Visited with my partner and had a great experience with excellent service and tasty food. What we tried: • Appetizers: Cheese truffle fries (amazing dip) and cheese balls – absolutely delicious (10/10). • Drinks: Lavender iced tea (just okay), but the dragon fruit mojito was fantastic. • Mains: Napa chicken sandwich was average; spicy chicken sandwich was good but a bit tangy. Overall: A great spot – highly recommend trying the cheese balls!

Review for Eureka in Boise, Idaho I recently dined at Eureka in Boise, and overall, it was a delightful experience with a few minor hiccups. To start, we ordered the Dragon Fruit Mojito, which was refreshing and had a unique twist that I really enjoyed. The Mac n Cheese Balls were a hit at our table; they were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, making them a perfect appetizer. The Brussels sprouts were roasted to perfection and had a great seasoning that complemented their natural sweetness. For the main course, I had the Eureka Salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was well-cooked and added a nice protein boost to the salad. The mixed greens and other ingredients were fresh, making it a satisfying meal. However, I was a bit let down by the pulled pork BBQ sandwich. While it had good flavor, the pork was a little dry, and I felt it could have used more meat to truly make it stand out. The barbecue bacon burger was also in the same boat; it had great flavor but could have benefited from a juicier patty. In summary, Eureka offers a fun dining experience with delicious cocktails and appetizers. I would recommend giving it a try, but I hope they can improve on the meat portions and moisture for their sandwiches. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 4 out of 5 stars!

We came in a little past 8 on a long road trip and this was a very pleasant stop. The atmosphere is very relaxed with dim lighting which we love. Our server, Ava, was excellent and so was the manager, Grace. Ava went above and beyond to answer our questions whether that was going back into the kitchen to find the exact bread on our sandwiches or consulting with the bartender to help me decide on a drink I'd like. The bone marrow burger was the best burger my mom has ever had. Juicy, tender, perfectly cooked, and delicious. The signature fries were fairly standard, but very good. I think the truffle fries would be great if I liked truffles. I had the spicy chicken sandwich and the breading was very flaky which was off-putting at first, but the chicken was flavorful and tender with a good level of spice. The ranch was our one complaint. It is homemade and I'm sure would be great to some, but we personally didn't love the flavor. Shoutouts to our front desk lady at the Courtyard Marriot for recommending this place. Definitely give it a shot!

Me and my gf are visiting here for the first time and we decided to come here and we’re so beyond glad we did! Nikki was our server and did a fantastic job Job she was super nice and super quick with drinks and food! we couldn’t have asked for better service! Food was a 100/10 and the restaurant itself is super clean and fabulous!
